Elea High Online School operates separate term dates for northern and southern hemisphere students.
Northern Hemisphere
- Enrolment by 30 August
- Student Orientation Friday 01 September
Southern Hemisphere
- Enrolment by 01 February
- Student Orientation Friday 02 February

- Term 1 | Monday 04 September – Friday 18 December Mid-term break: 23 - 27 October inclusive
- Term 2 | Thursday 04 January – Friday 22 March Mid-term break: 12 - 16 February inclusive
- Term 3 | Monday 08 April – Friday 12 July Mid-term break: 27 - 31 May inclusive
Course Fees
Lower Secondary

Fees for our Lower Secondary course include all of the subjects shown in our sample timetable.

Fees can be paid annually, termly or monthly, subject to an administration fee.

The fees cover the tuition for one academic year.
IGCSEs

Students can select a block of up to seven IGCSEs.

Additional IGCSEs - £800 per course per academic year

IGCSE courses are typically two years in duration. The fees cover the tuition for one academic year.
A Levels

Students have the option of taking three A Levels at a fee of £6950

A level courses are typically two years in duration.

EPQ

The EPQ course is completed in one academic year. or can 'be completed in one term as an
'EPQ Express' -
Fees cover the tuition for the course.
Other
– Sibling fees are discounted at 10% of the standard fees.
– In addition there is a one off registration fee of £250.
– Students will need access to a laptop or PC with minimum specifications along with a graphics tablet and a Meta Quest 2 VR headset.
– Students will be given free access to Microsoft 365 and online versions of the required textbooks subject to availability.
Lower Secondary
Fees for our Lower Secondary course include all of the subjects shown in our sample timetable and are set at £5950 for each academic year. Fees can be paid termly or monthly, subject to an administration fee.
IGCSEs
Students can select a block of up to seven IGCSEs for £5950 and select additional IGCSEs at £800 each.
The fees cover the tuition for one academic year. IGCSE courses are typically two years in duration.
A Levels
Fees for A levels are set at £2400 per subject or £6950 for three A levels.

The Extended Project Qualification fees are £1400. The fees cover the tuition for one academic year. The EPQ course is completed in one academic year.
